Thought to be lost for many years, Harte International Galleries has discovered what may be the most important religious sculpture of Salvador Dali's career,
"Christ of St. John of the Cross"
Anthony Quinn won great fame in his role as Omar Muhktar, also known as The Prophet, in “The Lion of the Desert.” It was this role that inspired Anthony Quinn to paint one of the most dynamic portraits of himself.
Harte International Galleries is offering a very limited number of hand signed and numbered prints for $2900. Fully framed.
Anthony Quinn was an amazing man of destiny. He was an Academy Award winning actor, a writer, an amateur architect, a self taught historian and an artist of immense talent.
All throughout his adult life, he spoke of dreams and visions that followed him. He wrote of these experiences in length in both of his autobiographies. Today, years after his death, we find that these dreams may have been precognitive, and that he painted those visions.
Glenn Harte, co-owner of this gallery has written this book, investigating one amazing painting entitled, “The Facets of Liberty“, which includes 9 distinct images of 9/11 - painted 17 years before the event even occurred.
